Handcrafted Jewellery

As each bead is handcrafted, each item is unique. The colours you see are the
best representation possible of the original. Items can be cleaned in silver
cleaner or with a silver cloth and, as with all handcrafted items, should be
handled with reasonable care.

Prices and Postage Costs

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include shipping to the United Kingdom
ONLY. All payments will be through the Paypal Secure Server, allowing payment
by any Credit or Debit card as well as from a Paypal account.
Items will be posted on the first possible day after clearance of funds and within
14 days. Postage for orders up to £41 are dispatched by first class small packet post and are
insured. Orders over £41 are dispatched by next day delivery and are also insured.

Delivery

Please allow 14 days for dispatch, although if the item you order is held in stock it
may be dispatched earlier. Any unavoidable delay in dispatch will be notified.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within
14 days of receipt of the goods. I will refund your full purchase price once I
receive the returned items in good condition.

Overseas Customers

At present I am unable to quote for shipping to non-UK addresses on this site. I
will, under certain circumstances, arrange Buy-It-Now auctions on Ebay(UK) to
suit individual orders. Please email if you require this service.
